Job Description
As Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming data into insights that support our clients and internal teams in making informed, data-driven decisions.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Partner with clients to enable data-driven decision-making, actionable insights and operation management
- Support product development by contributing to the creation and improvement of analytics tools
- Work with the Insight platform to analyze and manage data effectively
- Collaborate on-site with clients at events, including preparation, operational support, and post-event follow-up
- Apply and interpret analytics tools and metrics to optimize event operations and performance

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in data-driven operations management; additional experience is considered an advantage
- Fluent in German and Proficiency in English
- Experience working with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Python, Excel, or similar analytics platforms
- Proven ability to engage with clients, providing insights and guidance to enable meaningful, data-driven decisions in a consultative capacity
- Team-oriented and used to working with multiple stakeholders

Practical Information
This is a permanent, full-time position. Start date is flexible and will be discussed individually.
The position is based in Hamburg, with travel required as part of the role. We also offer flexible remote work options.
